Product Care:
Air hockey table focuses on regular cleaning and proper storage to maintain optimal performance.
Turn the Blower On: Always turn on the air blower before cleaning to help dislodge dust and prevent liquid or dirt from falling into the air channels.
Wipe the Surface: Use a soft, clean cloth (microfiber is ideal) dampened with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or an ammonia-free window cleaner.
Clean Air Holes: Once or twice a year, or as needed, use a cotton swab, toothpick, or a 1/32-inch drill bit to carefully remove debris from clogged air holes. Gently lift the dirt out, rather than pushing it down into the table.

12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only (accessories not included).

RETURNING THE PURCHASE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.• All COD fees and shipping fees are excluded from refund.
• Credit Card returns will be credited back to your credit card excluding credit/debit card charges 3.5%.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will not be refunded.
• In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction within 5-10 banking days.
• Exchange of item sizing is only permissible once if such option is available. Products can only be exchanged for a different size, and not for a different product.
• If you want to return the purchased product that doesn't have any defects, a restocking fee (15% of the returned item's price) will be charged to you. Before return of the item, you have to ensure that the returned item is in perfect condition exactly the same as at the time of purchase.
