DELIVERY TERMS
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Standard Delivery:
Dubai: Next business day subject to available stock (excluding weekend).
Rest of UAE: 1-3 business days
Other GCC Countries: Subject to confirmation from courier company
During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than the regular delivery term. When you order more than one product, your order might arrive in different packages and arrive on different days. Orders are shipped on business days only. For delivery inquires on Weekends, an extra charge will be applied. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UAE. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value). You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Standard Delivery cost:
In Dubai : for orders of value below 1,000 AED - delivery 50 AED
In Abu Dhabi: 350 AED
In Sharjah: 150 AED
Other emirates/cities: 350 AED
Free shipping : only in Dubai on orders above 1,000 AED
Other GCC Countries: Subject to Courier’s charges depending on the item and your location. Will be advised on each case basis.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?
Check the status of your order via the ‘Order Tracker’ page. All you need is your order number and email address. Track your parcel by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email. This would be sent as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can find your order number in your order history or in the email we sent you to confirm the order.

WHY CAN'T YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
There are a few reasons that can keep us from being able to ship your order. Here are a few possible causes:
- The product(s) you ordered are out of stock.
- You live in a remote area, and we cannot deliver there.
- You specified a PO box as your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
- A payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please contact us and we'll help you with the return and refund process. If you received a product that's the wrong size, you can return the product to us and re-order at our Online Shop.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
First, as soon as you place order, you will be contacted by a company representative within maximum 48 hours, who will re-confirm nearest delivery slot available. Make sure you check the delivery times for the product type of your orders and then check the status of your order with the order tracker.
