• Electronic areas: clean around the screen, buttons, and charging ports with a dry cloth to keep liquid out.
• Environment: use indoors only, on a sturdy, level surface — avoid humidity, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight.
• Damage: do not use if damaged or submerged in water; contact an authorized service center.

Made to order by the house that has built it for generations. Frames are kiln-dried, slate is ground flat, cloth is stretched and ironed by hand after installation.

Our fitters deliver, assemble and level on site across the UAE, and will take the piece through stairs and lifts where access allows. Send us your room dimensions and door widths before ordering and we will confirm the fit in writing.

Stocked items are delivered within 1–3 working days anywhere in the UAE. Made-to-order pieces run 12 to 16 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the maker and the finish you choose.
