More often you have a room, a budget line and a client who says they want a pool table, and you need someone to tell you honestly whether it fits.
What we do for you, at no cost
- Free site visits. We come to the villa, the floor or the shell while it is still a construction site. We measure clearance around every cushion, check the access route, the lift, the door widths and the floor build-up, and tell you what the room will actually take.
- Free design suggestions. Send us the plan and we come back with options that work in the space — sizes, orientation, lighting positions, the clearance you need to leave, and what to do if the room is 200mm too short.
- Free demonstrations. We will set a table up for you or your client, in the showroom or on site. On a piece at this price, a client who has played on it is a client who signs.
- Full customisation. Cloth colour, timber, lacquer, leather, brass, marble. If your scheme has a RAL or a Pantone, the makers we represent will build to it. Removable dining tops, bespoke cue storage, matching benches.
How we work with practices
- Send the drawings. A plan, a section, or a photo and a tape measure. Whatever stage you are at.
- We visit. Free, anywhere in the UAE, at a time that suits the programme.
- You get options in writing. What fits, what it weighs, what it costs, how long it takes.
- Your client plays on it. Showroom or on site. This is the step that closes it.
- We install and hand over. Slate levelled, cloth ironed on site, everything cleared away.
Trade collaboration
Direct trade terms on every house we represent — Riley England, Billards Toulet, IMPATIA, FAS Pendezza, NOHrD, Teqball, Subsoccer and Acer. One point of contact for the whole project, lead times confirmed in writing before production starts, and invoicing with UAE TRN. We work to a BOQ, a tender or a phone call.
We do not sell to your client behind you. If a project comes to us through your practice, it stays yours.
What we need to get started
Room dimensions and ceiling height, the access route, your scheme or mood board, and the programme date. That is enough for a specification and a firm price.
