A games room is not an amenity line item. It is the reason a guest stays in the building after dinner instead of leaving it, and the reason the bar takes another round. We specify, supply and install for hotels, resorts, beach clubs and members' rooms across the UAE and GCC.

What we do

• Specification. Send us the room drawings. We come back with what fits, what it weighs, what floor loading it needs and what clearance it requires around the cushions. In writing, before anything is ordered.
• Contract-grade selection. Not every table survives a hotel. We steer you towards the finishes, cloths and mechanisms that take daily use from guests who are not being careful.
• Installation by our own fitters. Slate levelled on site, cloth ironed by hand, sign-off with your engineering team. We work around opening hours and access restrictions.
• Warranty and service held in Dubai. Recovering, re-levelling and parts from our own workshop in Al Quoz. No shipping a cushion back to Europe.
• Hire for activations. The same equipment by the day for launches, pop-ups and seasonal programming.

Who we work with

Directly with hotel operators and owners, and alongside FF&E consultants, procurement houses and fit-out contractors. We are comfortable working to a tender, a BOQ or a single phone call.

What to send us

Room dimensions, ceiling height, door and lift access, floor build-up, and your programme date. That is enough for a specification pack and a firm price.
