Break-out space is the easiest line in a fit-out to get wrong. Put in a ping pong table nobody plays and it becomes a shelf. Put in the right thing and it is where people from three different floors end up talking to each other, which was the point of the space in the first place.

What we supply to offices

• Acer eKinekt BD3 bike desks. A desk and an upright bike in one frame. An hour of moderate pedalling makes roughly 75 watts, enough to run a laptop and a phone off the rider rather than the building. It folds between work and exercise mode in seconds and is quiet enough to sit on an open-plan floor. We have supplied these in volume to a large corporate office in Dubai.
• Football and games tables that survive daily use rather than looking good for a month.
• Teqball and Subsoccer for larger floors, wellness programmes and internal tournaments.
• Timber fitness equipment for in-building gyms and wellness rooms, where equipment has to look like furniture.

Why it matters to procurement

Everything is supplied with technical specifications, warranty terms and lead times in writing. We invoice with UAE TRN, deliver and install ourselves, and service from our own workshop in Dubai. No shipping a part back to Europe and no third-party installer.
