Frequently asked questions
What are the delivery costs?
Free delivery across the UAE on every order over AED 300 — to every emirate, with no surcharge for Abu Dhabi or the Northern Emirates. On tables and gym equipment, installation is included free as well.

Where are you based?
Our showroom is at Showroom 46, Street 8, Al Quoz 1, opposite Alserkal Avenue, Dubai. You are welcome to visit and try the products before buying. See Contact Us for the map and opening hours.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates and to Saudi Arabia. For deliveries elsewhere in the GCC or beyond, email sales@admiralworld.com and we will quote for it.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timings vary between two days and one week depending on the product and the destination. Made-to-order items take longer — we will confirm the lead time in writing before you order.
Is installation included?
Yes. We install snooker tables, pool tables, game tables and gym equipment ourselves, and installation is included at no extra cost anywhere in the UAE. We also offer crating, packing and relocation as separate services — see Services.
Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return period from the date of the tax invoice. For a non-defective return, a 15% restocking fee applies, a collection fee is charged, and the item must be unused with all original packaging and accessories. Customised or made-to-order items cannot be returned. Full details are in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once a return is received and inspected and the refund is approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 banking days.
Do you rent equipment?
Yes. We rent game tables and equipment for events, offices and short-term use. See Products for Rent and our Rental Terms & Conditions.
Can I get a formal quotation?
Yes. Email sales@admiralworld.com with the products you need and we will send an official quotation. We supply hotels, gyms, schools, offices and residential projects.
Which brands do you carry?
Riley England, Subsoccer, Impatia, Toulet, NOHrD, Stil-Fit, Ciclotte, Teqball, FAS Pendezza and our own ADW range of gym and game equipment.
Can I become a partner or earn commission?
Yes — our CHAMPION programme pays commission to trainers, coaches, interior designers and anyone who refers business to us. See Champion.
