Thanks to the cooperation with WaterRower our rowing machine is on the highest level of technology. As the components we are using are delivered by WaterRower we know that there will always be a perfect and smooth rowing feeling. While rowing you only hear the pleasant sound of flowing water.
Water is nature´s perfect resistance medium and that’s why we are using it with our new rowing machine FLOW ONE. The resistance is very dynamic and adapts instantaneously to the intensity of your stroke. You set the resistance level by your stroke speed. As realistic and natural as possible!
There is another important reason why we do use water – the risk of injury and excessive physical strain is minimized as the resistance adapts to the rower’s power. The workout is very easy on the joints, tendons, and ligaments, thanks to the smooth and rhythmic motion.
Our Rower is operated by a 4,3“ TFT Touchscreen. The user interface of the touch screen is self-explanatory and shows all necessary data clearly and beautifully arranged. The training computer stores data of up to 6 users and shows time, distance, time for 500 m, number of strokes per minute, calories, watt and pulse. There is also a pace-race mode.

RETURNING THE PURCHASE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.• All COD fees and shipping fees are excluded from refund.
• Credit Card returns will be credited back to your credit card excluding credit/debit card charges 3.5%.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will not be refunded.
• In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction within 5-10 banking days.
• Exchange of item sizing is only permissible once if such option is available. Products can only be exchanged for a different size, and not for a different product.
• If you want to return the purchased product that doesn't have any defects, a restocking fee (15% of the returned item's price) will be charged to you. Before return of the item, you have to ensure that the returned item is in perfect condition exactly the same as at the time of purchase.
