RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of the tax invoice. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Non-defective returns:

• If you wish to return a purchased product that has no defects, a restocking fee of 15% of the item's price will apply.
• The item must be unused and include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and the receipt/invoice.
• Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund.
• A collection fee will be applied for the return of goods.

Unavailable items:

• If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
• If payment has already been made, a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 banking days.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES EXCLUSIONS

• Shipping charges, customs fees, and local taxes, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Any customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
