Grand Master Cues are made from exotic solid hardwoods. Designed in 3/4, 3 piece style the Grand Master line of cues are fitted with the distinctive Grand Master Plate. Each cue is 57” long and come with a 9.5mm Elk Master Tip, and 8mm Brass ferrule. The Grade 1 North American Ash shaft is fitted with a brass Quick Release Joint and connects with a stained Sapele Mahogany butt. The Grand Master series comes with a 6”/15cm Matching Extension. As wood is a natural substance it is susceptible to changes in climate. There is NO warranty on BCE or Riley cues for warping

RETURNING THE PURCHASE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.• All COD fees and shipping fees are excluded from refund.
• Credit Card returns will be credited back to your credit card excluding credit/debit card charges 3.5%.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will not be refunded.
• In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction within 5-10 banking days.
• Exchange of item sizing is only permissible once if such option is available. Products can only be exchanged for a different size, and not for a different product.
• If you want to return the purchased product that doesn't have any defects, a restocking fee (15% of the returned item's price) will be charged to you. Before return of the item, you have to ensure that the returned item is in perfect condition exactly the same as at the time of purchase.
