TEQ SMART, as an innovative piece of sport equipment, is the fantastic foldable version of TEQ ONE. TEQ tables are made to meet our exacting standards of quality and durability, with TEQ SMART having the added advantage of being mobile, indoor or outdoor.

Product Care
Cleaning:
- Wipe the playing surface with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface.
- Clean metal parts with a mild soapy solution and dry immediately to prevent rust.
Protection:
- Keep the table covered when not in use, especially if stored outdoors.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures to prevent warping or damage.
Storage & Handling:
- Move the table carefully; do not drag it across hard surfaces.
- Ensure the table is on a flat and stable surface for play.
Maintenance:
- Check bolts, screws, and fittings regularly and tighten if needed.
- Inspect the net and playing surface for wear and replace components as necessary.
Usage:
- Only use standard Teqballs on the table.
- Do not sit, stand, or place heavy objects on the playing surface.
Branding: possible for limited areas at an additional charge of 1,000 AED per Unit.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURNING THE PURCHASE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.• All COD fees and shipping fees are excluded from refund.
• Credit Card returns will be credited back to your credit card excluding credit/debit card charges 3.5%.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will not be refunded.
• In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction within 5-10 banking days.
• Exchange of item sizing is only permissible once if such option is available. Products can only be exchanged for a different size, and not for a different product.
• If you want to return the purchased product that doesn't have any defects, a restocking fee (15% of the returned item's price) will be charged to you. Before return of the item, you have to ensure that the returned item is in perfect condition exactly the same as at the time of purchase.
