The TEQ SMART is the foldable Teqball table — the one you can fold flat, move, and store. You get a premium curved-surface table without giving up a permanent 3-metre footprint: set it up on the terrace for the weekend, fold it away during the week, or move it between rooms and venues.

Product care
- Cleaning: wipe the playing surface with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives. Clean metal parts with mild soapy water and dry to prevent rust.
- Protection: keep covered when not in use, especially outdoors; avoid prolonged direct sun, rain, and extreme temperatures.
- Storage & handling: lift rather than drag; always use on a flat, stable surface.
- Maintenance: check and tighten bolts and fittings periodically; inspect the net and surface for wear.
- Usage: use only standard Teqballs; do not sit, stand, or place heavy objects on the surface.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURNING THE PURCHASE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.• All COD fees and shipping fees are excluded from refund.
• Credit Card returns will be credited back to your credit card excluding credit/debit card charges 3.5%.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will not be refunded.
• In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction within 5-10 banking days.
• Exchange of item sizing is only permissible once if such option is available. Products can only be exchanged for a different size, and not for a different product.
• If you want to return the purchased product that doesn't have any defects, a restocking fee (15% of the returned item's price) will be charged to you. Before return of the item, you have to ensure that the returned item is in perfect condition exactly the same as at the time of purchase.
